Casey Peterson, NP and Melissa Parker, NP are now offering urgent care visits. Don't want to wait in a waiting room full of sick people just to get seen for your UTI? Is your PCP too booked to see you for 3 months? Casey can see all ages. Melissa can see ages 15+. $50 for 1 concern and $90 for 2 complaints.

 - Conditions we can treat via telemedicine:

  • Availability: Our services are currently available in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. We have plans to expand to other states soon. 
  • Refill of NON-controlled medications (at discretion of provider)
  • HEENT Issues: Cold Sores, Dental Infection, Ear Infection (Swimmer’s Ear), Eye Infection (Pink Eye), Seasonal Allergies, Sinus Infection, Sore Throat, Styes, Thrush
  • Respiratory Issues: Asthma, Bronchitis, Common cold, COPD, COVID-19, Flu, Pneumonia, URI
  • Digestive Issues: Bloating, abdominal pain, UTI, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, GERD, hemorrhoids
  • Skin Issues: Rash, cellulitis, poison ivy, nail fungus, herpes (cold sores), shingles, scabies, dandruff
  • Reproductive issues: Bacterial vaginosis, yeast infection, UTI, refill of birth control
  • Neurologic issues: Headaches, migraines, vertigo
  • Musculoskeletal issues: body aches, arthritis, pulled muscle, gout
  • Mood issues: refill only of current anti-depressant or anti-anxiety medication at provider's discretion
  • Epi pen refill
  • Doctor's note
  • Multiple conditions, visit time ≥10 min, refills for 2 or more conditions, OR Doctor’s note(s) will count as 2 ​complaints ​and be charged at $90 total.

If a concern is related to your weight loss medications, that will still be addressed at no additional cost. But, if your PCP is out and you are acutely ill and need help, we would be happy to fill that void! You will see these options on the booking page and you will be able to schedule as soon as 3 hours in the future, depending on our availability. Remember, we have weekend and evening times open, too!
