SUBSCRIPTION TERMS: Our medical weight loss program operates on a subscription basis, providing continuous support and guidance to our clients on their weight loss journey. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan and payment schedule.
Refund Policy
The Balanced Life, LLC does not offer refunds for services or products rendered and cannot accept returned medications after they have been dispensed per state regulations.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, we understand. However, our professionals are ready and waiting for your appointment time. Therefore, we require 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be at the discretion of the owners, but may incur a rescheduling fee. Please be respectful of our staff’s time as we highly respect your time. If you need to cancel your weight loss services completely, you must cancel BEFORE your next automatic payment is charged.
ON HOLD POLICY - Subscriptions will not be placed on hold. Due to the ongoing need for medical management, particularly regarding high-risk medications prescribed as part of our program, subscriptions cannot be placed on hold. Clients may only cancel their subscription if they have financial constraints or other extenuating circumstances. Cancelation requests must be submitted in writing or through our designated communication channels.
